Thin-film cryogenic control valve (pneumatic)
Product Overview
The pneumatic diaphragm cryogenic control valve consists of three parts: a multi-spring pneumatic actuator, a single-seat control valve body, and an extension rod. The valve body, accessories, and extension rod all undergo special cryogenic treatment. It is primarily used in industrial storage tanks or pipelines for cryogenic media (-40℃ to -196℃ to -254℃), such as LO2, LN2, LAr, LNG, LPG, LC2H4 liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquefied natural gas, liquid carbon dioxide, liquid propane, and liquid methane. A signal input (4~20mA) from the valve positioner is sent to the air chamber of the pneumatic diaphragm actuator, generating thrust. This thrust, through the connecting rod, drives the valve core, changing its position and flow cross-sectional area to control and regulate the flow rate of the medium.
