Product Overview
The pneumatic diaphragm high-temperature control valve consists of a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a low-flow-resistance high-temperature control valve body. The multi-spring actuator is low in height, lightweight, and easy to assemble. The valve body flow channel has an S-shaped streamline, offering advantages such as compact structure, light weight, sensitive operation, low pressure drop, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and convenient maintenance, making it suitable for harsh working conditions. When equipped with an electro-pneumatic valve positioner or a pneumatic valve positioner, it can achieve automatic regulation and control of the fluid medium in process pipelines. It is widely used for precisely controlling process parameters of gases, liquids, and steam media, such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level, maintaining them at given values. It is particularly suitable for applications with low permissible leakage, small pressure differences across the valve, and high temperatures.
