Fluorine-lined control valve (pneumatic)
Product Overview
The pneumatic diaphragm fluoropolymer-lined control valve consists of two parts: a pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a straight-through single-seat fluoropolymer-lined valve. All parts of the control valve that come into contact with the medium are manufactured using a high-pressure injection molding process, lined with corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant perfluoroethylene propylene, and sealed with PTFE bellows to ensure no leakage. It is widely applicable in the chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, and power industries for process control and regulation of highly corrosive media such as acids and alkalis, as well as toxic, volatile, and highly penetrating gases and liquids.
Structural features
1. The valve body cavity, valve core, valve seat, and valve stem are all made of 316 stainless steel, which is resistant to acids, alkalis, and strong corrosion.
2. Excellent sealing performance: Double sealing with corrugated pipe and packing made of polytetrafluoroethylene ensures no leakage;
3. Low leakage: Because the valve core and valve seat are soft seals, the leakage is lower than the national Class IV standard;
4. It adopts a lightweight multi-spring actuator, which is small in size, light in weight, and has high adjustment accuracy;
5. The leakage rate is less than 0.01% of the valve's rated capacity;
6. The hysteresis band positioner travels less than 1% of the full stroke;
7. Basic error: with positioner: less than ±1% of the full stroke.
